Finca Bel Lloc - Palamós

Sunday morning we got up bright and early and headed for Girona, more specifically Finca Bel Lloc, a winery set in the region just north of Barcelona, Spain.

The winery was designed by the architectures at RCR here in Spain, made of raw steel and the natural environment where it is located, so from the outside you can see the entrance as well as a hill, but the magic is underground. And the light! The light is absolutely amazing for photography, although it is dark, if you know what you are doing you get some absolutely amazing photos from the spaces under ground.

The restaurant is Michelin rated and highly recommended as well as the wine being great!

After touring the winery we had an amazing lunch at the Michelin rated restaurant inside the old messia styke hotel on the estate.

I did a hike up to the castle, which takes about 15minutes from the estate. From there you have an incredible view of the surroundings both inland and out into the Mediterranean.
